According to Google, it's a 12 minute walk from the station to Cisco Systems Belgium.  Schuman is the station closest to the Thon EU hotel, and the 9:31 train should get you at Diegem station around 9:46, which would get you at the summit with two minutes to spare.  If you feel that's cutting it too close, Brussels-Centraal is the only sensible option.
