==== FOSDEM / Summit ====
==== Teams, SIGs, and other constructs ====

We need to make some decisions here. We should have more data by the meeting. We have asked for input from Ralph et al - we will consider putting together either a Team  (ie, XSF members only group) or possibly a SIG (ie, open group) to operate FOSDEM.
The existing Teams - We have a number of teams, currently. It'd be useful to enumerate these and start thinking about if an XSF Work Team is the correct structure or not for each case. If we are to have teams, it may be useful to transform some of these into SIGs, so that we can recruit XSF members from them, rather than to them.

It could be that what we need here, organisationally, is a Team working on FOSDEM/Summit organization, with a SIG for interop activities (which itself can be standing, rather than a one-off for FOSDEM).

==== Teams in general ====
Undoubtedly more to discuss here.

We will also consider a Team and/or SIG for FOSDEM and interop activities.
