After reading a recent post on the mailing list (regarding XSF members being able/willing to join a work team), I don't feel that I would be able to commit to this. Therefore this year I am not reapplying for membership (although fully aim to do so once I have some free time and can therefore contribute fully).

I'm still 'selling' people on XMPP regularly, and will continue to do so.

  • Author of 'Practical XMPP'
  • Spoken at many conferences on XMPP/realtime in the browser
