FOSDEM Checklist

We need a checklist of things that must be done for FOSDEM every year.

For example:

• Beamers
• Markers
• Labels for boxes
• Packing tape
• Earlier access to stuff in storage @ Cisco office
• Recording / streaming equipment
• Better signage for the devroom door
• Plastic tubs for storing materials
• Get organized earlier about stickers and other schwag
• stepladder
