- Board is voting publicly to members on this before the Summit 26.
- Recruiting new / renewing existing sponsors
- Update from Peter - we have Tigase and Tigase's Tygrys to renew their gold sponsorship! Process One is under discussion. CommuniGate does not use XMPP anymore and Jitsi/8x8 haven't replied. Peter will also continue to reach out to Zoom.
- Eddie will reach out to third-level sponsors - other Board members approved!
New Business
- XMPP Summit 26
- Isode generously sponsors £3000 for direct expenses. Many thanks to Isode for that support!
- Seats: Daniel will ask the Thon for an increase of 35 seats.
- Dinner reservation: Ralph will reach out an make a reservation.
- GSoC contingency plans / other student programs
- Eddie will be GSoC Org Admin again and applies and will also TRY to do it at Outreachy. Back-up and support welcome.
