Early 2017, we suffered from a crash that made XSF loose most infrastructure. Since then, most functionality has been restored. This is a list of remnants:
* The Observatory should be restored.
* The Editors need to sort out a system for the attic.
* The XEP list page needs to be regenerated when appropriate.
* The wiki should be able to send email.
* Chat logs should be accessible via the website again ( https://github.com/xsf/xmpp.org/issues/330 )
