Migration to lighttpd and mediawiki completed 2008-09-08!

- Create templates for client, server, and library detail pages
- Improve http://www.jabber.org/web/Technology_overview or make "how it works" page
- Define privacy policy for website and IM service
- make www.jabber.org accessible via jabber.org hostname
- make Google Search not think that www.jabber.org is about the renamed Jabber Software Foundation. See http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&rls=en-us&q=jabber
