I want to say drink beer! But that is a bad idea if we really want to get something done. For me, an important goal is to get a good set of basic clients. Conversations for Android combined with converse is a really good start. On the IOS front, it is kind of dramatic. Chatsecure is in my opinion still the best option out there.

Conversations for Android combined with converse is a really good start. On the IOS front, it is kind of dramatic. Chatsecure is in my opinion still the best option out there. Also, we can look at it is an option to make a client based on a platform like ionic for mobile.
 
A good basic set of good XMPP clients for mobile is in my eyes an important step to get the XMPP community to the next step. There is time this to have discussions about this.
