I want to say drink beer! But that is a bad idea if we really want to get something done. For me, an important goal is to get a good set of basic clients. Conversations for Android combined with converse is a really good start. On the IOS front, it is kind of dramatic. Chatsecure is in my opinion still the best option out there.

We are planning to use our office. This is based in the building of Security Delta (https://www.thehaguesecuritydelta.com). This a nice place with a fast internet connection. We can easily accommodate around 10 people. And we have of course a fridge filled with cold beer! We have a barbecue so one evening we can definitely barbecue if the weather is good.
== Preparation ==
Since this is a public event with lots of technical but non-XMPP people attending it is probably worth while to be prepared to do some outreach / advertisement. This includes but is not limited to:
* Bringing and putting up the XMPP flag
* Bringing stickers (XMPP + if you have stickers for your project)
* Maybe prepare a lightning talk if there are going to be lightning talk slots (to be confirmed)

For the sleeping arrangement there a plenty of options available. We have some Hostels available in The Haque.
* [http://hotelastoria-karlsruhe.de/de/startseite/ Hotel Astoria]. Daniel is staying there. (Booked through booking.com because the official website didn’t have rooms left at that date) ~180 w/ breakfast. Walking distance from the venue.

* [http://www.hotel-santo.de/ Hotel Santo]. Daniel stayed there last year. Decent Hotel; Good breakfast. Paid 237 Euro for the three nights including breakfast. Felt a little pricey for what was offered. Walking distance from the venue.
Or you can book a cheap hotel. The available option are:
* Easyhotel (City Centre)
* The Hague Teleport Hotel

I would suggest easy hotel because it is close to the city centre and with public transport.

== Access ==

The office is really close by the station The Hague LOI.

There are different options to come to The Haque:

* CAR
We have a couple of parking space available make sure you notify before so we can reserve them.

* BUS
== Participants ==
You can take the FLIXBUS to The Haque Central Station. From there it is a 5-minute train ride to the office.

* AIRPLANE
{| class="wikitable sortable"
Schiphol airport is 20-minute train drive from the office or another option is The Hague Rotterdam Airport. This is 20 minutes by bus.
