I am the primary admin for most of the j.org machines. Here are some of the jobs I do:

This next year I plan on:

getting rid of the hardware raid and moving to a software raid for our http server because of the number of times the machine has died because of the hw raid.
Try to fine tune how much network the backups are using.
See about moving the JUD to be under the control of ejabberd.
Help establish our intermediate CA.
