==Overview==
Moved to [[DevCon]].

The Jabber Software Foundation (JSF) will hold its second XMPP interoperability
testing event and devcon on Monday, February 26, 2007 in Brussels, Belgium. This is the Monday after [[FOSDEM 2007]]. All interested developers of XMPP servers, clients, and code libraries are welcome to attend.

==Testing Focus==

The focus for this event will still be core XMPP compliance, including the modifications in rfc3920bis and rfc3921bis. This will help us complete the RFC changes.

==Discussion Topics==

During the interop testing day we will have time to discuss a variety of topics that need to be worked on in the XMPP world. The plan is to have some preliminary discussions over the weekend during FOSDEM and then focus on a few high-priority topics to discuss on Monday. Here are some potential topics to discuss:

* Clarifications to rfc3920bis -- especially dialback and SASL EXTERNAL
* Personal Eventing via Pubsub (PEP)
* End-to-end encryption
* Jingle
* Spim prevention
* Set up of online testing environment
* Simultaneous XML editing (for whiteboarding etc.)
* Intermediate Certification Authority (ICA)

==Logistics==

The meeting will be held at the [http://www.atlas-hotel.be/ Atlas Hotel] at Rue du Vieux Marché aux Grains 30 in Brussels. We have reserved a block of rooms at the hotel but it is downtown so other options (youth hostels etc.) are conveniently located nearby. If you reserve a room at the Atlas Hotel, please specify "XMPP conference on 26 Feb" in the comments so you get the right room rate.

Here is the rate:
Single room: weekend price : 75 euros, week price : 114 euros
Double room: weekend price: 85 euros, week price : 129 euros
Breakfeast and taxes included.
