Overview
I've been a long-time member of the XMPP/Jabber community and help run/develop the igniterealtime.org Open Source projects including Openfire, Smack and Spark. I'm the founder and CTO of Jive Software, a company that builds social software for business. I've previously served as a member of the board of the XSF and regularly give talks about XMPP at large conferences such as OSCon.
Why I'm Re-Applying
I intend to continue contributing to the community and do advocacy around the protocol.
