Migration to lighttpd and mediawiki completed 2008-09-08!

- Create templates for client, server, and library detail pages
- Improve http://www.jabber.org/web/Technology_overview or make "how it works" page
- Define guidelines for project admins on how to add clients, servers and libraries the right way
- Define privacy policy for website and IM service
xmpp.net
- Make redirect from https://www.xmpp.net/ to new site -> Solution: Enable HTTPS (Florian)
xmpp.org
- Finish creating the initial tech pages at http://www.xmpp.org/tech/
wiki.xmpp.org
- Move all non-end-user info from old wiki.jabber.org to wiki.xmpp.org
- Find volunteers for weekly/regular "XMPP Report"
