Storage of materials

At times, sizable materials are used at conferences (roll-up banners, bean-bags, beamers). SCAM can act as an intermediary for storage and hand-out of such materials, when desired.

Hotel and Conference contacts

Over time, the XSF has been in contact with many hotels, conference organizers, and similar organizations. SCAM can maintain a record of, and facilitate interaction with those.

Booth promotional material

When an XMPP-themed booth is being manned by XSF members, SCAM can facilitate by providing materials.

Conference packs

Ready-made (postal) packages will be made available, that includes a default set of materials. The exact content has yet to be determined, but could include:

  • Stickers
  • Posters
  • Leaflets
  • Roll-up Banners
  • Shirts
  • Hoodies
  • Caps

Media File Repository

SCAM maintains a repository of media files intended to be used by members that prefer using a local print shop to produce material on the spot.
