Note: high-prio, as we have never properly addressed them, continuously fail at it, and we don't know what to do and how to do it.

  • Examples: regular IT people (non-chat makers), marketing, sales, family, friends
  • Use: just use end user products easily and simply like apps and clients, in teams/groups/communities contexts
