Admin:
I am the primary admin for most of the j.org machines. Here are some of the jobs I do:
- Maintain backups.
- Maintain ejabberd installation.
I don't have to do this as much now thanks to several Ejabberd developers helping out. Thanks!
- Install Debian bugfix packages.
Things I did this year:
- Ordered new hardware for athena(hermes).
- Helped with setup of new machine.
This year I plan on:
- Resolving the Postgres migration problem related to encoding.
- Investigate the return of users.jabber.org.
