We need a checklist of things that must be done for FOSDEM every year.
For example:
- Beamers
- Markers
- Labels for boxes
- Packing tape
- Earlier access to stuff in storage @ Cisco office
- Recording / streaming equipment
- Better signage for the devroom door
- Plastic tubs for storing materials
- Get organized earlier about stickers and other schwag
