Athena (webserver) options

Athena, the webserver, fell over again at the weekend. We need to consider our options here - it'd be useful to know what kind of budget we have. The iteam has been asked for some input on what they think the options are and the costs associated.

Teams, SIGs, and other constructs

The existing Teams - We have a number of teams, currently. It'd be useful to enumerate these and start thinking about if an XSF Work Team is the correct structure or not for each case. If we are to have teams, it may be useful to transform some of these into SIGs, so that we can recruit XSF members from them, rather than to them.

FOSDEM / Summit

Undoubtedly more to discuss here.

We will also consider a Team and/or SIG for FOSDEM and interop activities.
