Ticket presale

https://tickets.events.ccc.de/35c3/docs/

Vouchers are only redeemable during Phase 1, according to the docs, that ends on November 7. CHAOS vouchers do not guarantee a ticket. FINAL vouchers are non-replicating.

pep. sent an email this year to get some for the XSF, all are gone now, but we plan to do it again next year so the XSF can provide vouchers early on.

Some more detailed notes from a benevolent user:

- Security in server setup. References to the compliance tester
- Choice of server software (prosody, ejabberd, openfire)
- Jingle & Jitsi
- XEP for "moved" is being reworked at time of writing
- What's the status of Push on mobile devices? Single proxy for Android push notifications delivered via GCM/FCM
- Proposal: decentralize quicksy by reducing the service to a lookup directory only. The user with a unique phone number
can send messages to the mapped phone numbers, they are relayed to the original (registered) XMPP account
