User:Polarian

Hey, I am Polarian. I am an elected XSF member.

About me

I am a young FOSS enthusiast from London, England.

You will often see me within XMPP and BSD circles, and I attend FOSDEM and EuroBSDCon regularly.

I operate numerous XMPP servers, and regularly do outreach for XMPP at conferences and meetups.

Working on BSD compatibility with XMPP, ensuring the BSD ports are well written and up to date, and porting any common XMPP software which is not yet available on BSD.
Helping organise London XMPP Sprint 2026.
Writing security recommendations, see User:Polarian/Security draft.

Below you can find XMPP (and related) talks I have presented.
