In 2020 I wrote an [https://www.jabber.de/guest-article-xmpp-vision/ article on people's and my vision for XMPP] we collected during the Berlin Virtual Sprint in March 2020. On the 5th of January 2021, I plan a round-up on the work of the XMPP Newsletter in 2020 - everyone is invited, but you can also join to get to know myself if you are interested. See the [https://mail.jabber.org/pipermail/members/2020-December/009216.html Invitation email ].

In 2021 I wrote the blog post [https://xmpp.org/2021/01/instant-messaging-its-not-about-the-app/ Instant messaging: It's not about the app] (from the 21st January 2021). I furthermore organized several translations.

For 2021 I plan to continue and improve on the XMPP Newsletter - please [https://github.com/xsf/xmpp.org/milestone/3 join if you have something to tell the XMPP world]! Furthermore, I would also like to help improving the communication in the XSF. A first step would be an organizational chart of the, in my opinion, fragmented XSF communication ways - at least for myself! I think this will significantly help the overview for everyone. The next step would be some improvements to the website. You have a better plan? Let me know!
