About Me
My name is Sebastiaan Deckers, also known as cbas. I'm from Brugge but spend a lot of time in Singapore. I've been involved in the Jabber/XMPP community since 2001 or 2002 IIRC.
What I have done with XMPP
I am the lead developer of Pandion instant messenger, a popular free and open source XMPP client on Windows. In the past year I have open sourced this project and updated a lot of the code and UI. Yay!
Plans for the future
I am launching a startup around Pandion/XMPP. One of the objectives is to create a great Jingle implementation. I am also looking to do some Javascript+XMPP experimentation on both client and server sides.
