About Me
My name is Sebastiaan Deckers, also known as cbas. I'm from Bruges in Flanders.
XMPP Related Activities
I am the founder of Pandion instant messenger, a popular client on Windows. The project was on life support for a while but recently I have re-launched it with a brand new website. An update is coming soon and the code is being refactored so Pandion can be published as FOSS shortly.
I also worked on several XMPP projects for Directi and gave presentations on XMPP.
Plans for the future
I want to implement pubsub based features in Pandion. Also trying to get Jingle working.
Why I'm re-applying?
- I love XMPP
- Power, money, fame
- I have many ideas to create better real time communications software and let XMPP take over the world!
