History

I worked on XEPs and I.D.s during my PhD thesis focusing on E2E security and for bot-to-bot communication. IMHO XMPP is more than just people chatting. Sadly, my new job has nothing to do with XMPP and I did not have any free time to finish up the work I started the last months.

Right now I work for the DIS-AG but I reapply as an independent person. My XMPP activities do not involve my employer.

Why I'm reapplying

Despite my lack of activity the last month, I still plan to put some of my free time into XMPP projects in the near future. I'm not dead and want to help out again. My idea to control Freevo (http://www.freevo.org another project that suffers from my lack of time) using XMPP still stands. Different parts of Freevo should interact based on XMPP and it should be possible to control the system from remote using a mobile phone or something similar.
